How PCIT Works
As a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist, I specialize in helping parents strengthen relationships with their children while addressing challenging behaviors and emotions.
In sessions, I use real-time "coaching" via video:
You and your child engage in structured play while I guide you through evidence-based techniques to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce disruptive ones.

This research-supported therapy is especially effective for children ages 2–7 experiencing:
Oppositional/defiant behaviors
